We can offer you FSC® & PEFC papers with a complete chain of custody leading right back to the source. This assurance shows that the trees used are ethically farmed.

The KCS Print Environmental Policy
We are committed to being a sustainable business and recognise our obligations to comply with relevant legislation. We will promote and maintin an environmental policy that ensures that the impact of our activities upon the environment is reduced as low as practically and economically feasible.
In order to reduce the impact of our operations we will endeavour to:
Review all stages of our operations to minimise environmental impact
Encourage staff involvement on environmental issues through newsletters and training
Follow the Green Rules (F07.01) displayed around the premises
Promote energy conservation by efficient use, careful planning and design with regard to improved use of energy and appropriate investment in energy efficient measures
Minimise waste of all kinds and promote recycling where possible
Ensure the safe disposal of all hazardous materials and prevent pollution
Consider environmental impacts in all commercial activities including purchasing and investment decisions
Maintain and promote the use of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) products to our customers
Work towards eliminating the release of any pollutants
Adopt policies which take into account the visual impact of the company and any environmental impact on the local community
Annually review our environmental policies and monitor our progress
Maintain ISO14001 accreditation via an effective environmental management system which is regularly audited and improved
Provide a copy of this policy to anyone who may legitimately request one.
