Over the coming months KCS will be reviewing the carbon footprint made by the company and looking to offset this with initiatives to reduce negative effects on the environment. |

This will be achieved throughout all levels of the company from using FSC sourced paper, reducing the amount of unnecessary energy used in lights, computers and machinery to recycling empty milk bottles and waste paper. |

KCS start from a high water mark as a ‘green’ business as the company’s modern purpose built factory incorporates some of the best environmental aspects available including a grey water system which utilises rain water. |

KCS Boss Wins Business Leader Award |

KCS Managing Director Terrye Teverson has won a prestigious award as Business Leader in the Cornwall Business Awards 2007. |

Terrye won the Silver Award for her role heading KCS Trade Print of Launceston through major changes when building a brand new factory and implementing new Tamarack machinery over the past two years. |

The awards were presented by Michelle Mone of MJM International, who is famous for creating the Ultimo bra range.
The judges at the major event held in May at the St Mellion International Golf & Country Club including former Governor of the Bank of England, Lord Edward George and Tim Smit, head of the world famous Eden Project.

Terrye said, “Major changes for the good have happened at KCS over the past couple of years. Change is something my staff have taken in their stride. They have all shown their willingness to look to the future in taking the business forward.” |

Plain Integrated Card and Label Sheets |

KCS now have stocks of plain integrated sheets available for sale. These sheets are all desktop laser compatible and offer an impressive flexibility for your customer who can personalise each sheet in house, with the most basic of software and printing equipment. |

The plain stock includes some of the most popular integrated products available. The 2 Label sheet comes with a pair of labels at the foot of each page. The address label sheet has a single label at the top of the page for address and invoice details etc. Our unique pop out card has been engineered to have the cleanest possible release from the sheet, and the peel out card comes with a matt-face laminate which is compatible with desktop lasers and a signable back laminate. In addition, we offer a butterfly card which consists of one label, easily folded in half to make a card. The advantage of this is that only one side of printing is required for a double-sided card.
